Crystal Hallenbeck-McPhall has been teaching at Gotta Dance Studio since 2001. Over the years, she has taught a variety of classes including Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Irish, and Cheer. She enjoys working with students of all ages and being part of an amazing teaching team.

Outside of the studio, Miss Crystal serves as the Budget Director at the State University of New York College at Brockport (SUNY Brockport). SUNY Brockport is not only where Miss Crystal works, but is where she obtained both her BS (accounting & dance) and MS (forensic accounting) degrees. She has recently (2021) earned her Ed.D. in executive leadership from St. John Fisher College. Her research focused on budgeting for faculty innovation to survive the looming enrollment crisis. Miss Crystal looks forward to implementing some of what she learned through her research to continue her career growth at SUNY Brockport.
