Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gotta Dance Performing Arts website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Class Registration & Enrollment

Enrollment in classes is subject to availability. Payment is required to secure your spot. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment or instructor unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds for class enrollments are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the class has not yet begun. No refunds will be issued after the class session has started. Studio reservation cancellations require 48 hours notice for a full refund.

Waiver of Liability

Participation in dance classes involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Gotta Dance Performing Arts is not liable for any injury sustained during participation in our programs, provided reasonable safety standards are maintained.

Code of Conduct

All students, parents, and guests are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect. Gotta Dance Performing Arts reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is disruptive or harmful to others without refund.

Photography & Media

Gotta Dance Performing Arts may photograph or video record classes, recitals, and events for promotional purposes. By enrolling, you grant permission for your likeness and that of your dancer(s) to be used in promotional materials. You may opt out by notifying us in writing.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
